Can I make changes to, or cancel my order?
We try to package and ship orders as quickly as we can, so we are not always able cancel orders, or change addresses after an order has been placed. If the change or cancellation takes place within a 24 hour window from the time it was ordered placed then we will try our best to make the changes on our end. Please contact us through our contact for with your name, change/cancellation and order number. Please double check your order and shipping address before placing your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, not at the moment. We are working to get this set up. As it stands the shipping rates are too expensive so we will be setting up an account on Amazon shortly to fix this issue. Thanks for your patience.
Orders online are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or we have sent the wrong item. If your item has arrived damaged please take a photo of it for documentation. Please contact us through our contact form and we will be happy to refund or replace the item once proof has been shown.
Do you offer bulk/wholesale discounts?
We do offer bulk discounts for churches/conferences/retreats/stores etc. when purchasing 10 or more of a single item. Our devotionals/Bible Studies are also available in sets of 5,10,25 at a discounted rate for small groups
